3. but they couldn't fix the NOLA levees?
even if these goofs can cure itchy bushes, who cares...they can't fix traffic jams that tie up tens of millions everyday; they can't overcome the race and financial power that keeps marijuwanna illegal; they can't stop milk fed ninnies burying infants alive in afghanistan and iraq...fukk, in the end, they can't do anything but butcher some kid playing somwhere.

11. yep....
when geeb (brother of floriduh gov john ellis bush, or 'jeb') said that thing's easier 'if i was a dictator' he presumeably meant doing constructive, long lasting things the benefitted the public... well the guy basically is 'dictator' anyway thanks to pigmedia swilling up his slops yet what does he do? destroy stuff! yes...can't and don't sure are different words, but in bush's case they mean same thing: he can't do nothing unless it hurts someone. and while the busheviks are in charge, the same applies to all the eggheads and dr fixits

or

They don't efficiently evacuate Galveston / Houston?

Which answer explains the bus?

4. That guy is driving himself insane.
He reads far too much into random cloud movements. Nature is a beautiful, yet random and unpredictable force.

12. Well...
He had me until he referenced a paper that proposed two things:

1) Clouds stay in the air because their polarity is exactly the opposite of the earth's polarity, thus creating an "anti-gravity effect". In addition to being untrue - you can read this study on local environment influences on weather: http://www.atmos.uiuc.edu/~gilmore1/20SLSC/GW20SLSC.pdf - it also led to their second conclusion:

2) Gravity is caused by electrical attraction, which is patently false.

Actually, most everything that this man references relies on the "electric universe theory" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electric_Universe_model) which has been roundly criticized and systematically pecked at by scientists for years. It is pseudo-science at best, where people mold their observations into existing equations to argue that their point of view is correct.

Unfortunately, most of what these people propose can be tested, and the results are rarely what are predicted based on their logic. Their latest failure was a prediction about the Deep Impact space probe that blasted a hole into a comet. Every single prediction they made about the behavior of the comet was wrong, even though if you search on their web pages they will try and make it look like they were correct.

The page on Wikipedia is under review for removal, since some of the equations they have posted in the description are provably incorrect.

17. Total BullCrap !!
Only someone totally ignorant of the laws of physics would believe that garbage.

After DU was made to look silly by the conspiracy theorists that were claiming the Indonesian tsunami was created by secret A-bombs on the ocean floor, the welcome mat for these kind of CTs was withdrawn. Therefore, I have hit the "alert" button.

18. Easy to decide
From the site:
Jan 20, 2004 1042Z
Every minute of every day, for many years now, a great number of 'ships' travel to our Sun and to this Solar System. Why? And why haven't we been told?

Easy decision.
