will they do anything to repeal/revoke some of the total crap legislation that has passed? Such as the bankruptcy bill, the energy bill, the real id act, & of course, the mother of all pieces of crap, the patriot act.

Because if they're going to posture, they wouldn't want to do anything that will be used against the party for the 2008 race.

You know that would be said, you know they'd get away with it again, and that the American public's attention is short. They'd forget that Bush broke it all, and that the "Tax and Spend Democrats... blah blah blah"
