The best pic I ever took with Cindy in it
Edited on Sat Sep-24-05 07:33 PM by kevin_pdamerica
Cindy has been a friend for a little over a year now. She was a PDA activist (still is.) Before Crawford, I took a few photos of her and the PDA gang. So in tradition, at the Congressional Black Caucus Legislative meeting I started taking photos of her with Rengel, Lee, Clark and her. I figured it was an interesting combonation of viewpoints on Iraq.

One of the panelists was Kweisi Mfume. Former Chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, and NAACP. Currently a candidate for Senate in Maryland. http://www.mfumeforsenate.com/

When Rengel was introducing Cindy, I looked for a reaction to Mfume. As his view on the war was becoming clearer. What I caught, was a deep sympathy shot with a grieving mother in the background.

Very powerful!

2. That is an incredible pictures. Very powerful. Very moving.
I agree with Maureen Dowd, the moral authority of a grieving mother is absolute.
