If Clinton was still in power
and 300 thousand people showed up to protest him, would CNN had of spent the last 7 hours talking about flooding and a burst pipe in Texas?

3. As much as I would want to think they wouldn't

I think so.

Hurricanes and destruction are eye candy for the viewers and sponsors want more viewer right?

They want that eye candy. It's just a shame that the second hurricane happened. If it did not coincide I'm pretty sure the protest would have been the bigger part of the news.

As much as I dislike the media's lack of focus on things I think they still would focus on the hurricane.

Except Fox. Fox would be on that protest like stink on rice.

5. Well, I do know that if Clinton were still President and
300,000 people showed up to protest him in DC, CNN could have had their reporter on the scene of the tragedies on the Gulf Coast interview him for his reaction to the protests.

Hard to interview a man hiding in a Bunker far from DC and the Gulf Coast. Know what I mean?

7. Probably. Demonstrations have never been big on TV. I watched it
today in CSPAN. Interesting but not very exciting. I've been to many of them and they are a lot more exciting in person.
