1. God forbid we practice democracy
Nader didn't steal the election from the Democracts; the Dems stole it form Nader.

18. Nader provided nothing worth voting for
Other than 'democrats and republicans suck...and MOSTLY democrat'. He tried to take the democratic base while promoting ideas we'd all like, but would be very hard to accomplish. Being nader isn't a senator and doesn't know all the issues it's a lot easier for him to make big empty promises (although it doesn't stop republicans either). I'm beginning to think that's why democrats are losing elections. They're the one of the three to tell the truth.

2. Nope- he still thinks he took Republican and Independent votes in 2000.
He'll never admit anything about helping Bush in 2000.

4. Are you saying that we shouldn't have other people on the ballot?
Or did I completely miss something about how he was the reason the Supreme Court decided the vote in 2000?

6. That would actually be just fine with me
I really don't don't know why so many people on our side have this bizarre fascination with European style, multi-party parliamentary systems.

12. But what if neither candidate promoted by the media speaks for me?
I don't have to get into why Bush isn't the guy, but Kerry was no different to me.

The media promotes two candidates, many of their policies match each other.

Then there are other candidates that think the way I do, I should vote against my beliefs just because a bunch of people don't like one of the candidates? I didn't like either candidate.

Nader is not the reason the Democrats are in the minority.

15. What's the point of this thread if you're not going to discuss the content
If the speech was comparable to his forceful essay--posted on sites such as Counterpunch!--it must have been a treat to listen to.

Oh, silly me: Nader is an enabler/bogeyman/spawn of Moloch/antichrist.

Just one of those pesky logic things. Now, if Biden or Clinton were up there, you'd probably hear some boos.

flawed, then yes. Nader cost Gore the election, among other things of course. We wouldn't have this mess without Nader. That seems more logical to me.

23. Nader was a fool, is a fool and will be a fool
He decided that my party is the same as the Republican party and for that I can never forgive him. I happen to know some national Dem party people both elected and non-elected since I worked for Gore and Kerry as an attorney and ya know what? They will never forgive him too. It was a huge insult to lump us in with the republican party

Man... this car was so cool :(

There's many links anout Ralph and the Corvair... here's one.

Yeah - I grew up around Corvairs (my dad was Prez of the W. Michigan chapter of the Corvair Club) and the first car I ever drove was a '67 Monza Spyder. Fast, man, fast.

The '61 Greenbreir painted for the Bicentennial parade was the best looking one, tho.
