4. The problem with this type of 'strategy'...

...is that no one can be sure that those killed (murdered) are the ones responsible for terrorist bombing. Bush* has killed thousands of innocents that had nothing to do with terrorism. This makes him a war criminal.

5. I know it's redundant, but Bush and Sharon are idiots

Sharon is dangerous, he started the whole infitada when he sent troops to the Dome of the Rock.
I really feel bad for average israelis and palestineans. Their leaders are not serving them well on either side. Sharon is being egged on by a fundie american president, who if he truly believes what he says he does, has a vested interest in bringing on the end of the world so he can get his reward in the next one. The palestineans are desperate and some are using their children to kill innocents. The palestinean terrorists are being funded by muslims who are as nuts as the christians backing Bush/Sharon.


It's time for the US and all our allies to cut off all funding to both sides until they stop killing each other. At least then we aren't contributing to the madness.

8. Counter and counter

It can surely be said that Sharon should never have made his visit to the DoTR. It was a cheap political move that did what it was supposed to do by provoking the Palestinians and scaring the Israeli poplulcace into voting for him.

It can also be said that had Arafat wanted to he could have stopped the vilolence quickly but chose not to, and that was a calculated political move to pressure the Israelies into peace talks.

...and while these two sides shot and killed each other Emperor Chimpy chose to do nothing and just sit this one out: besides this was Clinton's pace accord so why bother trying to fix it.

All sides were wrong, and today we have what we have.

I am in complete agreement with you on the shuting off the continued funding for this 5,000 year old conflict.

Maybe if they realized that the U.S. was serious about peace and shutting off the cash flow then they would limit their aggressions toward each other.
