They showed a clip of the spoiled brat being briefed by Gen. White who headed up Rita response, and they showed Bush's response when he heard the "blunt assessment" that NOLA response was a train wreck -- he did the jaw shuffle thing.

This guy is either loaded, on drugs, or on illicit drugs.

Some things in this-first, long stretch of dog-in-the-back-window-bobbleheading, and some obvious setup questions that he memorized to say. Listen for "KOtrina" and "On A Katrina" (got through that, drink some water,whew) but I also wonder who the guy is the blue shirt sitting behind him to the right-he seems to be listening to see if Bush says it right.

More seriously, Bush is bringing up using the military again, and having Congress look at it.

The other stuff has been edited to get out anything but buzz words, In the parts cut off, his demeanor is highly subdued-he has apparently been coached to quit being such an ass and look humble.

And finally, if you're looking for rude, watch how he ditches the mayor and stalks out immediately.

14. Well, here's something I started to do a couple of weeks ago

like you, I thought it would be interesting to clip out his jerks-this is a rough version -if you want to see it accentuated, in Windows Media Player, right click on Open/Play Speed and play it slow-there's no sound in the firat parts.

10. I first noticed his physical problems during the debates

He started blinking repeatedly, his mouth drooped to one side and there was spittle in the corner of his mouth. Something seems to be physically wrong with the guy. He doesn't look well.
