Funniest freeper quote of the year!
Edited on Sun Sep-25-05 08:33 PM by Redstone
In today's Hartford Courant, an article quoted one William Greene, "president of RightMarch.com," addressing his paltry gathering of 200 freepers, as they watched 100,000 antiwar protesters march by.

According to the reporter, the "crowd" (his word, not mine) cheered when he said: "Our voices will not be silenced. We are the majority." (Emphasis mine.)

So, let's review the numbers once more, Billy Boy:

Two hundred. (Of you.)
One hundred thousand. (Of us.)

And you are the majority?

Billy, Billy, Billy boy. Time to go back to school for some second-grade math classes.

And while you're there, ask someone who can read to open a dictionary, and read the definition of the word "delusional" to you. I'm sure that if they read it very slowly, and in words of one syllable or less, you might understand the meaning.

Though I doubt it.

Redstone

Edited for a really odd typing error.

4. The newspaper's URL is www.courant.com, but the article
was written by Timothy Dwyer of the Washington Post, so if the Courant's website does not have the story, it probably appeared in the Wasington Post as well, and possibly other Knight-Ridder newspapers.

If you can't find it, let me know and I'll dig around.

I think it was Sessions from Alabama, although you should also listen to the Rep from Iowa. Ugh!

9. OK I need to know
Which Rep from Iowa? Was it King? If so, please do not judge all of us by him. It had to be King, he's insane. He's also from the fifth district, which is a large area district, although not a large population. You see, west of Des Moines is more or less Nebraska and very conservative.

that's a good one!!

200 vs 100,000.........there's a majority all right but it's not on his side!! These people have believed for so long that the majority of people are with them, it just hasn't sunk into their little brains (yet) that they are no longer the majority. In fact, even if you believe in the numbers of the last election, they were barely a majority then!!

Every chance I get, I make sure that freepers know they are now a MINORITY, not a majority!!

7. I don't know, best freeper quote I heard was on Saturday
was by some guy who was over by the Anti-War people before the march with a giant sign that said, "God Bless America ~picture of gun~ Curse Our Enemies." Someone made a quote about the Jesus or Christianity or something to him and he told him to read some passage of the bible and that "Jesus would be bombing all kinds of people." People just laughed at him and said, "Jesus? JESUS? You're kidding." I thought that was pretty funny.
