Forgetting to vote for the recall?
Could it make the difference? This may be close.

Overseen on FreeRepublic

"The only thing I'm a little nervous about is with all the Schwartzenegger buzz, people are forgetting to vote YES on the recall. It's the first question on the first page and since Arnie is on the last page people have the tendency of just going right to the page with his name. Even my husband almost forgot. People have been calling the radio shows saying the same thing. A few cried and said
they forgot."

Our turn to remind them they're too stupid to vote. And also to "deal with it."

SORE LOSERMEN!

What goes around comes around, schmucks.

3. What happens when they say "I want a re-vote"?
We say, sorry, but you guys said that could not be done in Palm Beach County in 2000! Oops!

4. But I must ask: What if No beats Yes
yet more total votes are cast for replacement candidates?
I can see that going to court.

6. doesn't matter...
they're two entirely different questions on the ballot.

If No beats Yes on the first question, they don't even have to bother counting the second question results.

7. But if total replacement votes
are more than No's due to stupid freepers forgetting to hit 'yes', I can see an arguement for the abstentions being counted the same as Yes votes.

If my nightmare scenario unfolds, I've no doubt it will go to court.

14. buy what??
If NO prevails, it's all over. Repubs can challenge it until they're blue in the face, but they just spent the last year going over recall law trying to get the thing run through.

16. We agree on this:
The GOP will challenge it until they're blue in the face.

19. It doesn't matter, the law is as plain as day...
Or thats the way it seemed to me when I looked it up back when this mess started... You can vote no on the recall and for any replacement candidate, you can not vote on the recall and vote for any replacement candidate, you can vote for the recall and not vote for a replacement, any combination is a legal vote...

12. These must be the FAUX News watchers ...
that I've been hearing about. How much you want to bet that NONE of those that listen to NPR/PBS, will make the same mistake.

What a bunch of Morans.
I do think, that to be a 'pug, you've got to have an IQ lower than a cabbage.
