7. What the shit is he trying to say??
Talking about barrels of oil. Working hard to bring the plants back up. You have to ship the gas across the country in pipelines. He's reading stuff now. I can't keep up with him.

"The storm affected the ability to get gas to the markets". Temporary problem. We have suspended certain import-blend rules. We will instruct EPA to keep the rules in place, uh, uh, uh, suspend the rules, uh, uh, keep the suspended rules in place.

We'll use the petroleum reserve to help the refineries. Allowing foreign-flag vessels to transport fuel from port to port.

In other words, we're taking action to help the shortfalls ... by Katrina and Rita. We need to be better conservers of energy. Curtail non-essential travels.

GADS, I can't stand any more. I'm PUKING................

18. I went to Northcom to see the operations there.
I want there to be a robust discussion ... rally assets for the good of the people. I do want them to think about a situation which require Federal assets to stabilize a situation and then hand it back over to the Homeland Security Dept. -- To provide stability, that's what I was talking about.

19. Reconstruction vision ought to be a local vision.
Put together a distinguished citizenry to discuss the reconstruction. There's going to be a lot of Federal involvement, because we're spending the money, I might add. ... My first priority is to help those local folks remove debree. I'm insterested in how we're going to get that water out of there. I'm insterested in getting electricity to people. Thank you all. I appreciate it.
