1. None. Bet that Fitzgerald planning on running out the clock.
Not a bad strategy--considering all the disgruntled leaks coming out of the White House lately (some amazing stuff in recent Time & Newsweek articles!) wouldn't be surprised if Fitzgerald is just sitting back and seeing if any new information comes his way.

Plus, he'll keep Judy in jail just as long as he can...

... he has everything ready to go but he's hoping to get Miller's testimony. There's no reason to rush it.
