MSNBC just reported gas down $0.20, but it went up $0.05 here yesterday

In CA. A friend of mine was talking with her local (not chain) "little store" owner, and he told her that the prices have to go up because they were being charged so much. He said that as it is right now (this was last week) that he has to pay $25,000 for one tank to be filled.

It's been this price for about 10 days or so now.

Were up to $2.90 and have dropped a couple of cents in the last week. When I moved here in May they were $2.15!!
