1. Disorderly conduct, or inciting a riot would be my guess.

5. Demonstrating without a permit...
You can't demonstrate on the sidewalk on the White House side of Pennsylvania Ave. Cindy and those with her are deliberately crossing the street and forcing the cops to take action against them. It'll be something like a $50 or $100 fine, and they'll all be released quickly.

8. Demonstrating without a permit per U.S. Park Police. Link.
U.S. Park Police spokesman Sgt. Scott R. Fear said, it's a peaceful demonstration. We are going to take our time arresting them. The demonstrators were given three warnings, after which they were arrested for demonstrating without a permit.

11. Why is the Parks Service involved?
They use to be in charge of demonstrations and so-forth, but I though Bush signed an executive order limiting their power. (I know for a fact that they are no longer allowed to 'estimate' crowd size.)

13. I have no idea.
However, the name Fear sounds familiar to me, so he must have been involved in other similar things recently.

19. Not the Parks Service
the Park Police. It is their job to patrol all monuments and parks around the city.

9. How do they determine 'demonstrating'?
From the clothes that are worn? Signs? Pictures? Does the number of people involved make a difference?

"I was tired, so sat down to gaze at MY house."

7. There's actually a law on the books
against "demonstrating without a permit", which is probably what she'll get brought up on. Also known as the "blocking the sidewalk" law.

10. Sitting down. Because that's...... not standing. Which is criminal!
I'm apparently committing a similar crime at this very moment. Fear the seated ones! Run for your lives!
