Cindy callously 'used' her son for her delusional and/or selfish a-g-e-n-d-a. Then those shadowy 'outside groups' used Cindy's grief for their a-g-e-n-d-a, which caused Cindy to become a 'useful tool.'

Both son and mother are being 'used' by un-American forces like Communists and Socialists.
