10. This was all part of a process
that was designed to make him "squeaky clean."

He directed his trustees to sell HCA as part of that process. He just happened to have his timing right relative to the value of the stock.

11. Where is the "Blind" part of his trust?
It is being reported that Frist has dozens of contacts with his trust supervisors. I guess the "blind" part of the way his trust was structured referred to the "blind greed" by which he was going to make it grow.

U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

As long as Ken "Kenny Boy" Lay walks the streets, can anyone believe there is justice in the United States?
