I just read on CBS website that Michael Brown aka "Brownie" has been hired by FEMA as a consultant to determine what went wrong with FEMAs response to Hurricane Katrina. As a taxpayer and voter I find this outrageous. He was in charge of FEMA during Katrina and botched it up in front of the entire world.
