For all you depressed about the recall - new mission RECALL BUSH
I've never been terribly depressed about the stupid Republicans beating Davis. First off, I never liked Davis. Second, we can blame Arnold for everything now.

But most important. Now we can turn the tables on Bush. All the reasons the GOP used to recall Davis can now be used to recall Bush.

I obviously don't mean an actual recall election. But how about that RecallBush.com (or whatever). We can run commercials about Bush's lies regarding economy, his poor performance with the economy, his lies and performance over the war, his various scandals.

Don't be too depressed. This may actually be a good thing. I actually think it would be worse if we had won.

Tomorrow is a new day. FIGHT.

3. You know Rove started this whole Recall thing...
That's my theory, Rove somehow contacted Issa and the rest is history. Do you guys think that someone is sleuthing this theory even as I write this?

I would love the "dirt" on this sleazy maneuver to come out.

4. Pointless. We need to focus heavily on getting the touch screen machines
validated with a paper trail or the fascists will take 2004. My voting place will be touch screen next time.

5. I couldn't be more stupefied than when Rush-Lite in Cleveland
kept hounding voters to oust Repub Bob Taft - "He's been there for four years, the economy's in a mess, and he says - Re-elect me, and I'll make it better!"

And right after that, he would be praising Bush on the economy, blaming Clinton.

For a brief and shining moment, you might have believed he saw the light, then he went back to being a Rush wannabe.

Same guy who says that Steelers fans live in the past, yet two minutes later expounds on the virtues of the 1964 Browns.

(Please also note: As a Steelers fan, with all the Browns fans who thought the Steelers were going to pound the Browns, I was telling them that the Browns and the Steelers almost always show up for the games, and make them tough. People wouldn't take my bet that they were wrong, the Browns weren't going to lose by much. People were crying that the Browns would lose big time!)
