1. What did you see, virtualobserver, and do you see
anyone, yet, for Prez in 2004?

3. I wish...
but the only chance we have is the recall failing.

8. Recall will fail by a large majority
73% to 27%.

Arnie is steamed. Thanks to the old-time religious conservatives.

12. have you compared Drudge's "scoops" on exit polls to reality
they don't match up well. A lot of wrong calls in both directions in 2002.

4. Anything's possible
Bustamante could pull it out, though it doesn't seem terribly likely right now. Of course, I hope he does... and it would be great if the recall were defeated as well.

All we can do right now is hope.

6. The visions here in CA
are pretty dismal. Hope you're right. Maybe all the talk about Ah-nold being the winner will get the NO people pissed enough to get to the polls before they close.

16. I just don't believe that people are swarming to the polls in a record...
turnout for Arnold. I think it means something else. I think that the recall passes, and Bustamante and McClintock do much better than expected.

15. Remember, in last years doom and gloom, Oklahoma....
elected Democrat Brad Henry as Governor! Henry was trailing Jesus Freak Nut Cake Steve Largent by 9 points and he came around and won it by half a point!!!! (.5%)

19. I kept thinking this earlier on today
Democrats are coming out in swarms for this election, and while the majority are coming to stop the recall, they'll also be casting their ballots for Cruz. This could lead to a Bustamante victory.

21. even Drudge's exit poll numbers don't make sense
51 Arnold + 13 McClintock = 64% but only 59% vote No on the recall?

Why would that 5 percent vote against the recall when it has to pass in order for their candidate to win?

20. After the 2000 election, I don't trust anything but the official results
They've already stolen the presidential office, we can't let them steal CA's governor seat.

Go Cruz! Good luck, Davis!
