How to drug test chimpie?

I would say on a daily basis, since alcohol is quickly eliminated.. I think we ought to drug test him to see how much he's drinking.. it's really a matter of National Security, IMHO. How do we request this?

4. I remember reading once how the CIA got a stool sample of Kruschev

...for testing purposes to determine in the Soviet Premier was sick or if he was taking certain medications. It didn't say how this was done, but one supposes the CIA, posing as plumbers, could've installed a bypass in the pipes of a certain toilet known to be used by Kruschev and obtained the sample when the Soviet Premier flushed the toilet. Perhaps in the UN? Or the Russian Embassy?

I suppose the same could be done to see what Chimpy is on...
