If the above works, it should be centered on Camp-Casey-DC. It's between 14th and 15th streets, NW, on the south side of Constitution Ave.

Any idea how long the camp will be there? Things aren't usually allowed to stay on the Mall very long.

By the Washington Monument. Just goto 15th and Constitution and look for the crosses, can't miss it. (It was still there when I left yesterday afternoon.)
