That's what today's hearing was....except for Christopher Shays, it was an opportunity for "Brownie" to spin the history of the hurricane to his advantage...to reinforce the RW talking points that it was all the fault of the Governor and the Mayor....

but

the bulls**t was too deep.

The Repubs tried valiantly but their performance was "over the top". Nobody who saw that charade believed a single word that Brown said.

This is what happens when Republicans have TOTAL control...the lies never end...the spin comes so fast and so hard you get dizzy and vomit.

How incredibly brazen was it for him to go in FRONT OF CONGRESS and make such ludicrous charges? If there was just a modicum of true Congressional Oversight he would have been skewered, filleted and left for road kill....
