Bush has a beach-head in California now....
and you can bet him and Rove are going to put him to work - we can't afford to lose California in the 2004 presidential election. It'll all be over before it starts, if that's the case.

2. Of course, imagine how mad everyone is at the rethugs for this?
They can't force people to vote for them. They never win elections
and I don't see how this helps them.

4. Look you are letting this go
before it is over.

It is not over until the votes are counted, I don't care what the SD media and the Cables tell you

5. No he does not
Californians understand the differences between state issues and federal ones.

I can't believe how many people here think this is actually a Republican coup in progress. If it was then McClintock would be winning. Arnold Schwarzenegger is an egoistic muscle-butt immigrant actor, a RINO, a clown.

This has nothing to do with Bush. Bush will get his ass handed to him on a platter in California in 2004.

.... if ya'll are actually out there in California. I've always considered you to have more sense than the people in my state (S.C.), where people consistently vote against their class interests for the comfort of (perceived) ethnic superiority.

7. I know at least 5 turncoat Democrats who voted for the Groper
but hate Bush. This is a bad indication for today but a much better one for 2004.

9. I can't understand how a state so anti-Bush can elect AHnold...
This just messes with my sense of reality... and it tests my faith in humanity.

10. Too many people have swallowed the "Davis is bad"
line and unfortunately, Davis hasn't done nearly enough to counter it.
