I will try to call, but will someone please ask about H.R. 3037, if you get through. This is the bill that would re-legalize Hemp. This is the repub from Maryland that talks about Peak Oil!

His sources tell him that we have two years at best. It's a bit frightening. If he is correct then we will be in big trouble and we'll have to grow our own food and have a source of water. No "FEMA" will be able to help and for that matter one could grow hemp as well without fear of retribution. :shrug:
