We all deserve a smarter president, but I like the sentiment expressed.

4. Time to bring back an old meme

After World War 1 (and perhaps during it) there was a phrase that went around that seemed to show both the bravery of the troops compared to the stupidity of the generals. Time to recycle it perhaps?
