I regard DeLay as guilty until proven innocent
I'm simply holding him to the same standard of proof that he and his friends held Bill Clinton for 8 years every time an accusation of wrongdoing was made. They always demanded that Clinton prove his innocence, rather than demand that the accusers prove his guilt.

And I truly hope that he is absolutely railroaded by a jury full of liberal Austinites.

He'll burn in hell for what he did in the Clinton impeachment. Now would be a good time for him to apologize for what he did.

4. Not going to happen.
Delay is already declaring that the DA is biased and the charges politically motivated.

Once again, republicans scoring 100s on the old Irony Meter.

6. Looks like a "foreign combatant" and "terrorist" to me.
And if that's good enough for me, it ought to be good
enough for everybody.
