Poll question: If Delay is found guitly, should the Texas districts be reverted back

As you know, wrapped up in this indictment is that money was used to help redistrict Texas in favor of the republicans. Extreme gerrymandering was done in order to provide the US House with 6 additional republican seats. And btw, this was a RE-redistricting. Redistricting was first done after the 2000 census but it wasn't good enough for Tom Delay so he forced it to be done a second time to help out his cause

So my question (& discussion) is this: If Tom Delay is found guilty of these indictments, should the Texas congressional revert back to their original 2000 redistricting

I wish it would happen of course, but the Texas legislature will not roll back redistricting.

2. Yes, Even if ANY of the criminals are found guilty!!

It was a conspiracy to re-district. If it is actually proved in court that it was the result of conspiracy and someone else takes the fall (which is probably the ultimate outcome), we lost SIX Democratic seats, which didn't only affect us in Texas, but it affects the entire country in DC.

If ANYONE is found guilty of this conspiracy, it would be because that conspiracy is a CRIME and if the districts don't revert back, it will show that crime pays. Even the friggin Bible thumpin lock-step right-wing should not stand for "crime pays".
