http://vote2003.ss.ca.gov/Returns/summary.html

1. Definitely a more reliable source
I've been checking it periodically, and Schwarzenegger's majority of 60% dropped to a plurality of 49% within minutes.

3. Interesting Numbers.
Just something I picked up on right off the bat (though not relevant to the outcome) is that almost 56,000 votes were cast (so far!) for candidates who were no longer in the race or had no chance of winning.

7. Very
It's pretty much our joke: "Where were those polls taken, Orange County?"

Here's a taste for you. Orange County has started to come in. With 26.8% of the precincts reporting:

Shall Gray Davis be recalled?

Yes 150,616 71.6 %
No 59,787 28.4 %
