Does this reignite the anger?
There is a severe disconnect going on here. Will the California election spur people on to bring real change in 2004?

Which candidates can capitalize upon the frustration the voters are feeling? Nearly half of California wanted to keep Gray but are now stuck with Schwarzenegger who was elected by a smaller number of people.

Should our Presidential hopefuls schedule California tours to highlight the need for a)voter education and b)real governance?

1. Does it ever ignite anger! In an e-mail from moveon.org
they said the "race was too close to call." I want what they've been smoking.

5. You give Californians the right to vote
and look what they've done. What's wrong with them?

The way they voted, if the election was just between Grey Davis and Arnold (and not the 135) they would have given Arnold > 60% of the vote.

Maybe they should raise or lower the voting age. Or let the illegals vote and give them incentives like Grey Davis did for the unions. That could work this time.

11. I don't think you understand
I think that we as Democrats didn't try hard enough. The bimbos that were frog walked out to complain about Califonia's new groper-in-chief. Why didn't anyone check to see if they had filed charges instead of making it just a he-said-she-said case and reminding voters how the Pubbies tried to railroad Bill Clinton.

Think about that next time your alert finger twitches.

12. OK--but what about that Uday quote?
Associating the anti-Bush POV with that asshole struck me as freeper-esque...but I am happy to be wrong.

4. I'm more depressed. I have no energy to even be angry
It's just a replay of Bush vs. Gore.

8. Complacency Was Setting In
People were starting to criticize Dean for his 'anger'. I think this proves that we need to have that anger burning inside of us. We need to be reminded of the stolen election, the elections they have undone, the future elections they are trying to steal...
