It's too early to celebrate
Democrats, and in return DU, has been overly joyful of little nibbles of good news only to get whacked upside the head weeks later too many times.

We've been stomped, kicked around, spit on, and marginalized for years now, and I'm not so convinced it's all going to change because of a single indictment.

While I want to be with all my heart, I'm not going to take this indictment as 'the turning point'. I'll wait for a conviction for that.

Too many times DU has been up in arms over something along these lines, and every time we've been left to wake up hungover and staring down the barrel of a gun.

6. And the American way of life is unsustainable, too.
And nuclear war is coming.
And fascism.
And global warming.
And more terrorism, everywhere.
And a higher deficit.
And you all have cancer.
And mercury poisoning.
And Scotty McClelland isn't really gay.

Have a good day.

8. Phooey! This is a MAJOR cause to celebrate. This ink wont rub off!
One of the most important leaders of the Republican parties has been indicted.... the FIRST time in ONE HUNDRED YEARS... and is stepping down, if even temporarily.

THIS IS BIG NEWS AND CAUSE TO CELEBRATE.
