KLEINMOND, South Africa (Reuters) - A South African inventor unveiled a new anti-rape female condom on Wednesday that hooks onto an attacker's penis and aims to cut one of the highest rates of sexual assault in the world.

6. There is merit in this....and also danger.

Rapists will merely start checking first, and then possibly kill a woman, if she is found to have one of these.

What is really needed are extreme legal repercussions, and a REAL government to enforce the laws. In the meantime, African women need guns.
