Actually, as of today, I like him right where he is. Breathing on all the repukes running in 2006.

If he's out, they quit investigating him. This is a whole lot deeper and wider than one count of conspiracy. I'm waiting for the investigation of DeLay to lead to his connections to organized crime and take it as high (or as low) as it goes.
