Why does it take people so long to vote?
When I was handed my ballot today there were about 8 people already in booths and had been in there for the amount of time it took me to check in with two separate people and get my ballot.

I went to the booth, popped the ballot in - took me about 10 seconds to vote, pulled the ballot out, checked the chads, put in the envelope and in the box. A whole process that probably didn't take more than a minute.

Not ONE of thoes people had finished voting before me. I don't get this.. do you NOT know what your decison is before you go to the polling place? Do people decide while in the booth?

Mother of God - no wonder the crap that is happening is... people are STUPID

1. Could it be a *slow down the voting process* tactic?
Ties the booths up nicely....
