There is no way this charge won't stick. First of all, it was brought by a grand jury, so the evidence is in hand. Secondly, Earle has been working on this case for years, and he isn't going to let this slip away.

In fact, I'll be surprised if the number of indictments don't increase before the case ever gets tried.
