I agree with you, that it's uncool that undocumented workers get vilified for doing what no one else wants to do, and yet so many pf tje vilifiers want to deny them social services.

Yet a lot of progressives that support social benefits for undocumented workers on this side of the border give them the heave-ho when they're on the other side of the border. It's like they're only humans once they've crossed an imaginary line in the desert.

Anyone who believes in good treatment of undocumented workers in America should consider supporting CAFTA, so that workers in struggling Central American and South American economies also have a shot at some economic improvement.
