I don't know why they would send such a partisan hack on the show. She is an embarassment for the Chronicle. She is in over her head, and should never show her face on Tv again. She is very uninformed, and she wears her bias on her sleeve.

2. You hear the R caller now who basically is saying

he thinks we are all now being "held hostage" by business. Doesn't have an opinion yet on Delay's guilt or innocence, but is worried and hates to say it but has found himself thinking that perhaps business should be regulated again--particularly the utilities.

just said something about tom "the slammer" delay and energy, as if he is wants to improve our lives, and not the oil company profits.

5. Grand Juries indict not prosecutors

The indictment would not have gone forward without the support of the GJ. I guess they were are Dems.

This is obviously among the talking points...Dem prosecutor, only one lousy charge etc.
