Tom Delay = Dale Gribble?

Ok, someone here mentioned that the "King of the Hill" character, exterminator Dale Gribble, had some connection to Tom Delay.

I never really thought about it, but last night, a critical piece of the puzzle fell into place!

Tom Delay's middle name is...... Dale!
