I swear, this period in time is going to be known as DE-evolution. We evolved from apes all the way up to the most intelligent species on the planet, and now.....we're going right back down to the apes again.

4. On the other hand...
...some of these kids will see through all this crap when they get older and they will become some of fundamentalist Christianity's sharpest critics. At least a third of the atheists I know come from a fundy background.

A friend of mine grew up in a fundie household and was one herself until High School. Same for her sistsers. Now all 3 of them are about the most liberal peopel you'd ever meet.

I'm just hoping the same happens with my 3 nephews. I don't have too much hope though. Bible Man is their favorite superhero
