Remember: Innocent until proved guilty

So whatever you do, don't go around telling people that TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL! That has not been proved in court, so it just isn't right to say that TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL!

Thank you for not saying that TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL!

Although if he were to say TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL, I'd not chide him too bad on that.

Now if TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL, he should serve jail time.

I however will refrain from noting that TOM DELAY IS GUILTY AS HELL. That just wouldn't be right.

On the other hand if someone were to say DICK MORRIS IS A FUCKING DICK, that would not be a legal opinion. So, it is just fine with me!

5. Innocent until proven guilty is a legal term

that applies to the jury or judge. They are to presume innocence and not form an opinion before hearing and weighing the evidence. It has nothing to do with my opinion. I'm allowed to say he's guilty as hell if I so choose.
