Idiot Son's approval "climbed"............to 45%
Edited on Thu Sep-29-05 05:29 PM by Proud2BAmurkin
Idiot Son's legacy of FAILURE is forever cast in stone no matter how much Leslie Blitzer says he's "climbed" to sub 50% ratings.

Bush's job approval rating in the latest CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll climbed to 45 percent, and 71 percent said they approved of his handling of Hurricane Rita, which struck land Saturday near the Texas-Louisiana border.

7. I am FURIOUS... how the hell can THAT be?
Were the fence-sitters throwing Monkey-Boy a bone? Or is it a small bump on the trip down?

Any other polls coming out?

11. Won't last....here's why
First, the poll is bogus right wing tripe courtesy of RoveCo.

1. I noticed the story in the poll mentioned the public's easing of mind over the current price gouging by oil companies. Wrong. There was some stablization of prices right before Rita. The sheeple were thrilled with their new "cheap" gas that was in the 2.30 range in some parts of the country. But has anyone looked around in the past 48 hours? Sharp increases, in some cases up to 20-30 cents a gallon, all in 48-72 hours. This despite the reports post Rita that the damage to platforms and refineries in Rita's path was not as bad as expected.

2. Natural gas and heating oil prices are exploding. It's almost October. Soon, it will be November and into winter we go.

Even if this poll wasn't slanted in Bush's favor by the right wingers over at CNN/Gallup, it's a temporary reprieve from the misery and bitterness that awaits him.

12. What, exactly...
DID he do to "handle" Rita? I saw some bragging, backslapping, and then of course he ran off to Colorado. I didn't witness much of any "handling" on his part at all.
