Judy Miller didn't get released today for no reason. She's an admin. plant fed info. to get us into Iraq war. She'll protect herself. There's a reason alot of Puke bigwigs, including Dole and Bolton visited her and it wasn't for idle conversation. I think she is out to set off a bomb to clear the stench around the Whitehouse. She better be under oath so she cannot lie. She's on their team. Either they did "nothing wrong" or she's out to whitewash the whitehouse. It's no coincidence it happened today in the midst of all the negative news.

I know federal prosecutors can be touchy about that. They don't want their time wasted. And they know what the answer is before they ask the question.

In terms of penalties, it's a question of getting caught lying under oath. And as long as she doesn't contradict other evidence with her statements, then she can probably get away with as much lying as she likes. And if she knows what the other evidence is before she goes in, then, if she sticks to the script, she should be able to skate.

But yeah, the fix looks to be in. Those GOP heavies had a purpose in visiting her... And it wasn't needlepoint... or checking out their future digs.
