Poll question: Judith Miller will.....

Just curious to see how DUers feel about her release and testimony. I have a feeling that the repukes have coached her on how to 'testify' and basically she'll give us garbage.

4. The Basic Problem With Being The Last One To Testify

Is you have no idea how many people before you have given testimony that will contradict a lie you might tell. You are sort of forced to tell the truth or your version of the story may very well be at odds with the 50 or 60 versions the Jury has already heard. Old Judy knows as well as anything that at this stage of the game she sure as hell won't get any 'Get Out Of Jail Free' cards for perjury. If she's rational at all she'll be completely truthful just because a lie would be so obvious and the penalty telling one now would be so great. She won't be considered a martyr for the journalistic cause if she is concurrently a perjurer.
