How long will Judy Miller be in front of the Grand Jury?
Will short vs long testimony imply anything?

1. I think: Short means she has lots to hide and Fitz only got what he NEEDED
Long would mean that Fitz got what he needed and maybe some things he didn't already know without proof.

4. Why wouldn't long mean Fitz had to struggle to get what he wanted?
I think short would mean Fitz and the GJ got what they wanted and didn't need going further.

I am not sure short would mean she has lots to hide. Why do you say that?

2. How Long Indeed?
Consider that the Grand Jury has been impaneled for over a year and is supposed to be wrapping up its work within weeks, if not days. It just seems odd that if her testimony is so valuable that it will be introduced, given, and deliberated by the jury for such a short period of time relative to the whole process. Remember, in the end the Jury still has to come up with a true indictment - its not as automatic a process as TV Crime shows would have one believe.

3. Hopefully, nearly as long...
... as she was in jail. She's got a long, long story to tell, and a day won't do it justice.

5. Not long. The subpoena issued to her was very limited in its scope.
If her testimony is limited to what is covered by the subpoena it should not take much time. The subpoena covered her conversations with only one specific individual during a very limited and brief period of time. However, Fitzgerald is not limited to asking about only the things covered by the subpoena. So she could testify about other things which would take more time.

6. Probably short
She's probably just affirming what they already know or have a pretty good idea of.
