3. The good news: We are rebuilding shit we destroyed
It always cracks me up how many people cite this "good news" BS.

"We are building hospitals, providing and restoring power, and opening schools"

Uh, dumbass, those were already there. They need hospitals because we attacked their infrastructures, and they need more because we have injured and killed thousands of Iraqis who otherwise wouldn't need medical attention.

They brag about kids "returning to school", but its not as though they weren't able to go to school before the invasion.

And, you are damn right we are restoring electricity and running water. We broke it, we damn well ought to fix it.

12. perfectly put
I love that post. It is exactly the way I feel. I often have a hard time putting it into words because I am so frustrated and angered by the whole war and George himself.

13. The real "largest vet's group" is the one I belong to. Vets who don't
join vet's groups because they are made up of a lot of pro war vets.

I think most vets are against war and don't join groups to drink beer and tell war stories real or made up.

There are no nice things to say about war.
