why is DeLay's name all over the Majority Leader's website

didn't he "step" down

or is he still calling the shots from the shadows

1. Yeah... funny how the FEMA director Web site got changed
IMMEDIATELY upon Brown stepping aside.

It should be pointed out, though, that Delay will likely only be stepping down temporarily -- assuming he isn't convicted -- so it doesn't make sense to do too many permanent changes.
