I mean, if by blinders he means "ignoring all the good things happening in Iraq, all the schools built" etc. etc. ad nauseam as the right likes to claim, then no, this is not a good question.

If by blinders he means ignoring journalists getting shot by U.S. troops, innocent civilians getting killed in free fire zones, corruption, stealing money, stealing oil, etc. etc. ad nauseam, then this is an excellent question.

Jack's transformation from semi-shill, token-curmudgeon to system-questioning, fact-checker has been astounding.

It's representative of a general awakening,j I think.

I always thought it would come first from the youth. Instead, it's coming from the over-50s.

That's why it's so smart, and snappy, and there's much to learn from it.
