And, if so, is that why Fitzgerald didn't care about the agreement of 'limited' scope of the G.J. questioning... because he can't indict Bush or Cheney *anyway*... and he figures, he'll uncover their role once he has Libby and Rove...?

Is it that Miller wanted questions limited to the Plame Affair, or that she wanted questions limited only to her contacts with Libby? The "Libby" proviso was what I heard first and, admittedly, it sounds like a strange request to be asked or granted. What you say makes more sense.
