14. Allow me to make a fine distinction

Bennett said "Crime rate" not "Crime", and is therefore racist. Your statement says "Crime", so that's true and not racist. The interesting thing is that you slipped in "Crime Rate" in your example about Republican babies, which I also believe is true (and race does not apply).

15. I was, in any case, being ironic and/or facetious. But good points...

The key here isn't that he said, "abort black babies," but that he implied that less black babies would lead to a lower crime rate.

He said it would be immoral to abort them, but it would be factually correct that if you did, the crime rate would go down.

As for your point, I'm a little bit slow (especially tonight) but I think one of the things you were getting at is that "crime rate" is determined on a per capita basis.

The greater implication of his statement being that he thinks black people contribute disproportionately to the number of crimes being committed.
