1. election theft isn't an issue? . . .
seems like a pretty important issue to me . . . supersedes all others, in fact . . . if the Republicans are counting the votes, and everyone's voting on touch screen machines with no audit trails, who do you think is going to win all of the important races? . . .

2. If we have to start censoring
our posts because of what the Freepers may think, we may as well not say anything. This is OUR place, NOT THEIRS!

4. Well I see nothing wrong with it. Now take me off.
If this is what the people wish let them do it. I am thinking that Bush will be sure to dump federal money into the state to try and keep it in his sight so that will help the state in someways even if it helps his rich friends more. He did that in Fa, so be it. I guess a new gov will have to either cut services or raise tax as that is what is going on in Maine. Their is only so much money and as much as one hates you have to stop spending. Gop are great at saying poor do not hire people but People like me do keep people working and when we do not use our car etc peoples jobs are in line. So a slow down in Calif is in the books in these times even if they do not like it.I can not understand this wildness over getting their cars on the road. I have a small '96 and it cost me just over 100 to put it on the road. They are just going up to that.

5. Keep this in mind
Arnie is a Neanderthal.

The neo-Conservatives are shape-shifting, soul-eating Anunaki lizard beings from the 12th Planet.

Arnie is a short-term problem for US, and a long-term liability for THEM.

8. Exactly...
This is NO victory for the neocons. Looking at the threads on this site, I can't believe the fatalism I'm reading. Many people are ready to throw in the towel in '04.

READ: California did NOT elect a Republican. They elected a MOVIE STAR. A movie star with NO REAL POSITION on issues. PERIOD. What does this say? That the plurality of Californians are letharigic, uninformed, misinformed, and regard politics as a joke. In other words, they are just like most of the rest of this country.

But from what I'm reading here, some of you are already conceding him the White House in '04. How are we ever going to win? How are we ever going to fight?
