2. i feel more sad and hopeless

than ever hearing him speak. i realize he speaks the truth, and that he will not be allowed to be elected, and if somehow he is elected he will not be allowed to implement his policies that can return us to some semblance of sanity - ending NAFTA, bringing the troops home now, etc. you KNOW the powers that be will not allow these to happen, they're too heavily entrenched, drunk with money and power, in these things continuing. and maybe i'm just in a black mood this morning. i'm open to anybody who can show me this can work, or is the last dying spark of my idealism...
