How can we non-Californians donate to and help the Recall Arnie movement?

I'm in Ohio, but I recognize the importance of what happens in CA to the rest of the country, and it was with total disbelief that I turned on my TV this morning to see that voters in CA, whom I had always considered to be a bit more politically aware and intelligent than the rest of the country, had actually fallen for the repuke spin and hype and not only voted for the recall, but voted for Ahh-nold as well.

I don't trust him, especially knowing how much the Bushistas want to get their hands on CA, and that Shrub actually made a congratulatory call to the Terminator. I've heard that there's a group forming to recall Arnie that had been waiting in the wings to see what would happen in the election, ready to get moving if he actually won. I'd like to help that movement, if possible. Donations are probably the only thing I could do since I am, after all, 3,000 miles away. If anyone knows how I can help, please let me know, thanks!

I think any efforts to recall Ahnold are a biiiiiiig mistake.

Number one, it will suck the air out of any other story - including the Plame/Wilson one, our Dem candidates, etc.

Number two, it will look awful - the press will have a field day with it - sore losers and all that bullshit.

Number three, if I'M sick of the entire recall bizness, I'm betting there's even more Recall Fatigue in CA and it will backfire.

Let him try to clean up the economic mess in CA and see how HE does, after all his dumbed-down statements. Let some gropee come forward and file a suitLet's just watch and see what happens.

I'm not as scairt of the 'publican influence in putting the fix in for Bush in '04 as some. Virtually ever other office holder in CA is a Dem and that kind of thing requires some collusion (see:Florida; Harris, Katherine and Bush,Jeb)

I'm not from Ohio, I'm from Florida (though I did grow up in CA). But I agre with Ms. Eileen. I don't think another recall is the answer for all the reasons she mentioned. Let's focus on getting President Bush out of the White House.

Something stinks to high heaven. Where are you going to find the 1,000 + voters who stuck their votes on each of these nobody candidates? I believe an actual accounting would show two digit results for most. It defies statistical behavior that so many ghost candidates could draw ANY support. I wonder how this was done?

if you really want to recall him do it after 2004. but for now 2004 is the most important. in the meantime let arnold be an embarrasment for the gop.

6. That's a good point, and he will most assuredly be

an embarrassment to the repukes, since he's far more liberal than most of them. But I think that the recall movement was already being formed before the recall election, and I believe that it's going to be gathering steam very fast.
